IMTEX is one of the world's most influential machine tool and manufacturing technology show. It has become Asia's leading showcase for metal cutting and manufacturing technology. We played a pivotal role in the 2025 edition, creating an entire Japanese Pavilion that brought together over 21 exhibitors across 15,000 sq. ft. of exhibition space. From concept to execution, we handled every detail, including coordination with IMTMA, stall design, and operational support, also generating over 2,000 quality leads for them.

Tool and Gauge Manufacturers Association of India (TAGMA) is a body representing the Indian tool and die industry. With an aim to engage with Japanese mould makers and introduce them to the opportunities in the Indian market, TAGMA partnered with us to organise a conference at INTERMOLD Japan. The event attracted over 135 Japanese mould makers and showcased India’s growing manufacturing demand, emerging sectors, and the evolving role of precision tooling. How Japanese and Indian mould makers can work together to boost quality, improve productivity, was also discussed.

Bharat Mobility is a landmark event showcasing India’s growing influence in the global mobility ecosystem. Japanese companies, renowned for their excellence in precision and mobility technologies, saw this as the right platform to engage with the Indian market. We played a key role in facilitating their presence by curating a dedicated Japanese Pavilion with 22 exhibitors across 1,100 sq. ft. of exhibition space. From coordinating with organisers to providing operational support, we ensured a smooth experience from concept to execution. We also got them media coverage, interviews, and strategic meetings with potential buyers and key stakeholders.
